Lake Bonavista Remodel

This was an extensive renovation project that encompassed the entire property. We completely re-designed the layout, bumped out an exterior wall to open up the dining space and incorporated custom built-ins and cabinetry throughout the home. The master suite includes sliding doors leading directly to a hot tub, a large bathroom with in-floor heating and a beautiful walk-in closet. All aspects of this property were transformed and it was sold for a record price in May 2022.
